The founder has been involved in the Leadership Training field for more than 10 years. She holds an Honours Degree in Organisational Communication with UNISA and Paralegal (Cumlaude) with UJ. She has worked as a facilitator, manager, events coordinator, finance specialist, training and a business development consultant as well as a motivational speaker. Currently a Learning Programme Evaluator for ETDP SETA, TETA, SACE and a Verifier for QCTO. Also involved in the Gender Responsive Pedagogy Writings with DBE. She co-owns and co-directs Mabatimi Management Services. The founder has a global outlook on business and business processes having worked in corporate & government environment and understands both sectors well. She had the opportunity to travel abroad attending an education and training conference in Australia. A qualified Assessor and Moderator for various skills programmes at the ETDP and Services Setas. National Certificate in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices (ODETDP). An author of her book called (…and it became a REALITY), published by Outskirts Press in Colorado. She was also part of the team that conducted a project for training of the East Rand School Management Team SMT’ for a period of six months in the year 2006 - 2007, organized by a group of accountants called South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). Committed to sustained economic development she has applied her academic knowledge and skills in both corporate and social responsibility projects, mentoring of youth and women’s leadership development.
